Paint.Net นั้น เป็นโปรแกรมสำหรับใช้ตกแต่งภาพแบบเดียวกับโปรแกรม Photoshop โดยมีความสามารถและออฟชันต่างๆ ใกล้เคียงกับ Photoshop และที่สำคัญ คือ โปรแกรม Paint.net เป็นฟรีแวร์ (Freeware) ใช้งานได้ฟรีโดยไม่ต้องเสียเงินค่าลิขสิทธิ์ ซึ่งล่าสุดได้ออกเวอร์ชัน Paint.Net 3.5.1 เมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน ที่ผ่านมา

ฟีเจอร์ของโปรแกรม Paint.net

โปรแกรม Paint.net มีฟีเจอร์เด่น คือ สามารถสร้างเลเยอร์ได้ (Layer) เช่นเดียวกับ Photoshop และยังมีฟีเจอร์ที่ใช้งานบ่อยในการตกแต่งภาพ เช่น การตัดภาพ (Crop) การปรับขนาดภาพ (Resize) การหมุนภาพ (Rotate) การเก็บประวัติการแก้ไขภาพ (History) การยกเลิก/การทำซ้ำคำสั่งล่าสุด (Undo/Redo) และอื่นมากมายหลายฟีเจอร์

การติดตั้งโปรแกรม Paint.Net
การติดตั้ง Paint.Net นั้นมี 2 แบบ คือ

1. มีการติดตั้ง Paint.Net 3.36 หรือใหม่กว่าอยู่บนเครื่อง สามารถทำการอัพเดทเป็น Paint.Net 3.5.1 ได้ง่ายๆ โดยเปิดโปรแกรม Paint.Net แล้วคลิกเมนู Help จากนั้นคลิก “Check for Updates”
2. ทำการดาวน์โหลด Paint.Net 3.5.1 มาทำการติดตั้งด้วยตนเอง
